Safe Food Australia: A Guide to the Food Safety Standards is the second edition published by the Australia New Zealand Food Authority in January 2001. It explains the interpretation and application of Standards 3.1.1, 3.2.2, and 3.2.3 of Chapter 3 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, covering food safety practices, food handling controls, hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, food premises, equipment, ventilation, water supply, waste disposal, and food transportation.
