This Spanish-language edition of UNE 36-029:1992 adopts European Standard EN 10207:1991 and defines technical delivery requirements for steel products used in pressure-bearing parts of simple pressure vessels. It covers flat products and bars, including designation and ordering information, dimensional tolerances, mass calculation, steel grades, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish, internal quality, inspection and testing, marking, and sampling procedures. The standard addresses grades SPH 235, SPH 265, and SPHL 275, including requirements for tensile testing, Charpy impact testing, and elevated-temperature yield strength verification.
Application Scope: Applicable to manufacturers, purchasers, inspectors, and engineers specifying or evaluating steel plates, strips, and bars for simple pressure vessels covered by EN 286 and Directive 87/404/EEC.
