For nearly four decades, ISO 9001 has been helping organizations deliver consistent quality, meet regulations, and build trust.

This draft document supports organizations which are expected to:

• Demonstrate that they can reliably deliver products and services that comply with customer needs, as well as all relevant legal and regulatory obligations, and
• Focus on increasing customer satisfaction by applying the management system framework effectively. This includes driving continual improvement and ensuring that products and services remain compliant with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The requirements set out in this document are broad in scope and can be applied to any organization, regardless of its industry, size, or the nature of the products and services it provides.
