The production control plan shall be drawn up in a document including the following items: design requirements, production process, finished products, records, traceability, personnel involved in the control process and management system.
In this regard, BS EN 1169 specifies the control and storage of raw materials as well as the control of the mixing process and controls of hardened and fresh GRC.
As a result, if you are a manufacturer of precast concrete products, complying with BS EN 1169 can help demonstrate the performance and quality of your product, ensuring that they are fit for purpose.
Overall, guidelines and inspections are required to maintain the quality of GRC materials and, ultimately, to produce quality maintenance and improvement in construction materials.
