1 Scope This European Standard specifies the safety requirements and test methods for child safety barriers for domestic indoor use which are designed to be fitted across openings to limit a child's access inside the home and to prevent young children up to 24 months of age passing through. This European Standard does not apply to products designed to be fitted across windows.
