Why should you use BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 - EMC requirements, conditions, and test set-up for HBES and BACS?
The growing use of home and building networks to interconnect devices introduces additional challenges to maintain functional because of possible chances of device interactions. This is where your BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 sets the minimum level of EMC performance for the HBES/BACS network to a home or building network, enabling the data exchanges and remote control from your home or building.
BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 has been developed to help ensure that the client or system owner has confidence that the HBES has been designed and installed. BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 provides you the minimum level of EMC performance for the HBES/BACS network in addition to the product EMC standards for HBES/BACS devices and appliances when installed into and operating on a communications network in a home or building where devices are interconnected.
BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 sets the minimum level of EMC performance for the HBES/BACS network in addition to the product EMC standards for HBES/BACS devices to ensure that the installation of the HBES will not affect the integrity of HBES products and that the client’s perception of such systems is not diminished. BS EN IEC 63044-5-1 also be used as a basis for a contractual agreement for completion of an installation and placing it into service.
