What is BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 about?
BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 is the third sub-part of a multi- part series of international standard that specifies in- flight methods used for the measurement of drop direction from inkjet print- heads using in electronic printers using drop watchers.
Note: Concepts of BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 does not apply to holographic or any other interface techniques or any other method assessing deposited ink drops.
Who is BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 for?
BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 on printed electronics such as inkjets is relevant to:
- Printed electronics industry
- Manufacturers of printed electronics and inkjets
- Product design engineers
Why should you use BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 ?
During the manufacture of printed electronics accurate drop placement is very significant so establishing the jetted drop direction under specific operating conditions of inks and inkjet
print- heads is necessary. Drop direction influences the achievable spatial resolution of the printed material and thus, affects the performance of printed electronics product.
In- flight methods mentioned in BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 helps you in enhancing the resolution of your printed material and prevents any damage due to drop placement.
BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 helps you in improving the performance of your electronics by guiding you towards having an accurate jetted drop direction.
BS IEC 62899‑302‑3 ensures that your customers will be offered an efficient and high-quality electronic product which will enhance precision and performance of their tasks.
