What is ISO 17567 about?
ISO 17567 is a standard that serves technical specifications for hydraulic power beyond in agricultural and forestry tractors and implements.
ISO 17567 specifies the number, type, capacity, and identification of the connections between agricultural and forestry tractors and implements.
Who is ISO 17567 for?
ISO 17567 on hydraulic power beyond in agricultural and forestry tractors is applicable to:
- Manufacturers of agricultural and forestry tractors
- Dealers and importers of agricultural and forestry tractors
- Testing houses for agricultural and forestry tractors
Why should you use ISO 17567?
Hydraulic power-operated equipment enables efficient operations. They include specialized valves and should be easily connected and control the tractors and their attachments hydraulic system. Interfaces are necessary to effectively accomplish the connections of tractors and combinations.
ISO 17567 provides you with guidance on different types of hydraulic systems which include open centre hydraulic systems, constant pressure closed centre hydraulic systems, load sensing closed centre hydraulic systems. These systems enable the efficient operational performance of agricultural and forestry tractors.
The guidelines of ISO 17567 enable you to accomplish appropriate connections between hydraulic power-operated equipment and the tractors to increase their efficiency and productivity.
What’s changed since the last update?
BS ISO 17567:2020 supersedes BS ISO 17567:2005, which is now withdrawn.
Change in BS ISO 17567:2020 includes - reassignment of flow classes and corresponding flow rates for each of the classes of hydraulic power beyond connections.
