What is ISO 21264 - Detergent’s determination of alkylphenol ethoxylates about?
ISO 21264 is applicable to surface-active agents of detergent.
ISO 21264 provides a method for the determination of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs) in surfactants using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and detected with diode array detector (DAD) or fluorescence detector (FLD).
This method is appropriate for the detection and quantification of APEOs in surfactants.
Who is ISO 21264 - Detergent’s determination of alkylphenol ethoxylates for?
ISO 21264 on surface-active agents of detergents determination of alkylphenol ethoxylates is useful for:
- Detergent manufacturers
- Testing laboratories
- Soapmaking industry
Why should you use ISO 21264 - Detergent’s determination of alkylphenol ethoxylates?
HPLC method is used to detect positive alkylphenol ethoxylates samples.
ISO 21264 provides you guidance for the apparatus, calculation, test procedure and evaluation. This will help you carry out the test effectively.
ISO 21264 specifies liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method that will help you for accurate confirmation of positive APEO samples with reagents in corresponding specifications, which improves the analytical sensitivities detection limits.
ISO 21264 specifies two techniques of the detector to confirm each other and compare when the low content of substances is analysed
