What is ISO 22863-8 about?

ISO 22863-8 discusses fireworks. ISO 22863-8 specifies the test method for the determination of the arsenic content in pyrotechnic compositions by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.

Who is ISO 22863-8 for?

ISO 22863-8 on arsenic content in pyrotechnic compositions is useful for:

• Safety and regulatory bodies
• Pyrotechnicians
• Quality control laboratories
• Fireworks producers
• Users

Why should you use ISO 22863-8?

Arsenic gives Paros green colour to the flame of fireworks as well as improves the sphericity of the lead shot. ISO 22863-8 provides the test method for the determination of the arsenic content in pyrotechnic compositions by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry which will help you use arsenic in the limited quantity to produce fireworks with ensures safety of the users.
