What is ISO 24261-1 about?
ISO 24261 discusses the elimination method for sample characterization for fine bubble technology (FBT). ISO 24261-1 outlines the evaluation procedure of fine bubble elimination for fine bubble dispersion in water. ISO 24261-1 is applicable only to fine bubbles without a shell. Elimination of fine bubbles process for a decrease of the concentration index of fine bubbles. Fine bubble dispersion (FBD) liquid contains fine bubbles.
Who is ISO 24261-1 for?
ISO 24261-1 on elimination method for sample characterization for fine bubble technology is useful for:
- Water supplier
- Water supplier municipality
- Regulatory authorities
Why should you use ISO 24261-1?
Fine bubble technology has recently seen growth in its application to markets in cleaning, water treatment, agriculture, aquaculture as well as biomedical fields. Now, methods are required to evaluate the generation systems, especially characteristics like the number concentration index and the size index of fine bubbles are indispensable for those evaluations.
ISO 24261-1 guideline provides requirements on sampling, measuring instruments, environment, evaluation of fine bubble elimination efficiency, and test reports for elimination method for sample characterization for fine bubble technology. This helps in Standardizing the evaluating elimination efficiency of fine bubbles that enables easy and clear comparison among the several elimination techniques and realizes the optimization of conditions for respective elimination techniques.
