What is BS QC 790202 - Assessing the quality of integrated circuits about?
Integrated circuits are globally popular in most electronic devices like automobiles, watches, microwave ovens, computers, televisions, traffic lights etc. BS QC 790202 is a blank detail specification for semiconductor devices to be used with BS QC 700000 that contains generic specifications for discrete devices and integrated circuits.
The object of BS QC 790202 is to define quality assessment procedures in such a manner that electronic components released by one participating country as conforming with the requirements of an applicable specification are equally acceptable in all other participating countries without the need for further testing.
Who is BS QC 790202 - Assessing the quality of integrated circuits for?
BS EN BS QC 790202 on assessing the quality of integrated circuits is useful for:
- Manufacturer of electronic equipment and components
- Manufacturer of electrical equipment and components
- Maintenance and augmentation teams
- Companies associated with designing and installation of electronic devices
- Fault management teams
- Quality management teams
Why should you use BS QC 790202 - Assessing the quality of integrated circuits?
Integrated circuits are fundamental building blocks of modern electronic devices. They function as oscillators, timers, computer memory, amplifiers, microcontroller, microprocessors, counters, or logic gates. There are certain specifications regarding the performance of these semiconductor devices.
BS QC 790202 guides you with marking and ordering information, application-related description, specification of the function, limiting values, operating conditions, electrical characteristics, programming, mechanical and environmental ratings, characteristics and data, additional information, screening procedure, quality assessment procedures, structural similarity procedures, test conditions, inspection requirements and additional measurement method that help you assess the quality of integrated circuits.
The guidelines in BS QC 790202 enable you to provide a superior quality product to your customers.
