What is this PAS about?

Its main aim is to help organizations make informed choices about whether or not to engage with a potential supply chain partner. The PAS can also help suppliers demonstrate their capabilities.

Who is this PAS for?

Procurement, compliance, legal and supply chain professionals in organizations of any size anywhere in the world.

Why should you use this PAS?

It establishes a supply chain information model to be shared with supply chain partners. This helps buyers procure with full transparency, and suppliers promote their capacity and capabilities – all in an efficient and cost effective way.

The PAS:

• Is structured and presented to be equally accessible for both suppliers and buyers
• Is based on international consensus developed by procurement and supply chain professionals from the UK, US and APAC
• Includes a wide range of potentially relevant topic modules such as capacity and capabilities, environmental management, employment policies, business continuity, traceability and data protection, to name a few
• Provides a degree of flexibility for tailoring the information to particular organizational needs while at the same time retaining a robust, repeatable approach
• Helps mitigate risks and reputational damage
