1 Scope This Technical Report provides guidance for the selection, use and maintenance of personal protective equipment and safety and occupational footwear. It is intended for footwear manufacturers and suppliers, employers and self-employed people, safety engineers and other users. This Technical Report also provides guidance for preparing national guidance in this area.
