What is ISO/TS 21633 about?
ISO/TS 21633 describes a methodology of label-free and real-time detection for non-invasive monitoring of cell-based assays to assess the toxicity of nanomaterials to eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.
ISO/TS 21633 contains a gist of basic principles, instruments required, application for in vitro toxicity assessment and technical limitations.
Who is ISO/TS 21633 for?
ISO/TS 21633 on nanomaterials in biology and medicine applicable to:
- Fluorescent biological labels
- Drug and gene delivery
- Bio detection of pathogens
- Detection of proteins
- Probing of DNA structure
- Tissue engineering
- Separation and purification of biological molecules and cells
- MRI contrast enhancement
- Phagokinetic studies
Why should you use ISO/TS 21633?
ISO/TS 21633 helps improve the efficiency and quality of cell-based assays examination of toxicity of nanomaterials to eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.
Guidelines in ISO/TS 21633 provide high-quality label-free and real-time detection methods of observing cell-based assays to measure the toxicity of nanomaterials to eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.
